My words came out as a blank but what I said was........

Satellite installation is an entry level role. As you gain additional skills and experience you promote yourself away from a slot that takes about a week to learn and is subject to pay irregularities. Accept any required certifications and acquire any required licenses. Keep the cards and certificates as an introduction to new and better jobs.

The other aspect of licenses is not related to skills and abilities. More and more, municipalities and the cops they hire want to know who is working in their communities.
Background checks are becoming more important than technical abilities. And the local states and towns charge money for these licenses because they want the revenue.

I am starting to see many blanks on this site. Wonder what goes?
