the bad part is it doesn't matter whose fault or what caused it,, the installer is owed money for install for a least a couple weeks hole,  you can say don't accept or don't let them do this or that,, but it will be deducted from pay and there ain't nothing you can do accept get legal help, and we know and more importantly they know that will cost more than you can get back even if you win,,,  sorry man,, no way its not the manufacturers fault but guess where the chargeback will come from... good luck
