They just made you an employee. Did you enjoy your overtime pay? Is your SS up to date from them?

When they set your hours, direct the manner of the work and penalize you for failure to follow their schedule you have become an employee................eventually the IRS will show them what this means. For now, go apply for unemployment benefits.
