Who is "they?"
First don't pay or accept any charge back.
Then find out what happened................charge for a service call to go look.
Consider this insurance fraud. IF either the customer or "they" will not show what happened consider getting the cops to investigate.......theft of services.
Don't pay them. At worst it is a manufacturer defect and the customer agreed to go to arbitration over this.
