Just like the Goverment has subsidized housing for less fortunate people I beleive they should have the same for health coverage. No one should ever be denied health care or housing.
I do beleive that to qualify you would have to be drug tested and background checked and as long as you pass the guidelines you could qualify.
If you are able to work you would have to be actively looking for employment.
If you could not find employment then you would be required to volunteer your services to charitable organizations.
We are all subject to fall on bad times we should never judge a man till you have walked a mile in his shoes.
I just got laid off on a Time Warner job 3 weeks before Christmas they said it would only be for a week so my girlfriend and I went to Texas to rescue her daughter from a bad situation and to see my family.(spent a lot of what we had been saving) Now we have no income and are trying to take care of us her daughter and her daughters boyfriend.
It is not going to be the best Christmas but we are going to make it fun.
