yeah irs is the best way to  get these guys.  but to slam richard is unfair  he has the sense of a monkey and was daryls back door boy. its intersting you mention dexter...if he tricked someone into hiring him that will be intersting.   Most mso are too stupid when they make a bad hire. but for amusemnt sakes lets see how he F.... its up for them.    prooffs in the puddings lets see...lol....
