My 2 cents...
I managed an install office for Prince in 91-92 in NJ back before they sold out. It was all about hiring newbys, giving them minimal training, charging them for tools at retail prices and covering their asses with "safety training".
There were guys with 2 weeks experience given 10 job routes and expected to stay out until they finished. Did I mention the worst rates in the industry? This company was BS from the time I walked in the door. They made their $$$ by bribing cable system management with trips and golf outings. Total slimeballs.
The shortcut mentality of RickTob is exactly what Prince was founded on.
I feel bad for the poor guy who is working for less than when I started in 1979 and is stuck with this "last to touch it" crap.
