Im done and out of this drama...but serioulsy. Are you telling me that when you and your DADDY left to start your own biz, that you did not try to take employess of your last employer with you. Not counting the work you STOLE from them. AS far as fiber splicers go, if you took Joe with you, GOOD LUCK, you deserve someone whos only been splicing for a year, and doesnt know anything about the business outside of your Cinncinnati bubble. Now your upset because some guys want to go back to their original job. NO COMPETE CONTRACTS, simple.....
