True Wave

Having a little problem with gettin the True Wave fibers to pass on bi-di. Cable is a OFS unitube 216 ribbon, with the first 72 true wave. We're using a  of Fitel S178. Haven't had any problems before this. Just curious if anyone else is having this issue.
