You are going completly off topic, you asked what was Trickle Down Economics, I explained it, now since you can't dispute I was correct, you are changing the subject...
Can you not simply say " I was wrong"

QE 3 is nothing to do with the economic theory we were discussing.
The President has nothing to do with QE3, that is done by the Federal Reserve, they control the interest rates, not the White House.
