Like I said you googled trickle down government. The original trickle down was an economic theory which states that public investing in companies (the stock market) was the best way to help a company expand, produce more, hire more people, in turn, more people working, more money to spend, and ta da a better economy. Then the Gov. stuck their nose in it and fucked it all up. Even stole the name trickle down.
