This guy is part or most of the problem, article even states he's doing it for political reasons, he stated consumers have two options, reduce tips or pay surcharge and tip 15-20%, as a business owner he's not very bright, he forgot the 3rd option,,, get up, laugh and leave! It's his business he can run it in the ground because his team lost, "take your ball and go home" I could give a shit what he does, i put him in the same class as Ted Nugent and Donald Trump. Although it would be a tough choice to leave Denny's for say Outback Huh?
