Good communication skills are important. Comprehensive knowledge of coax splicing and activation procedures. Downstream and upstream sweep/balance helpful. Ingress/CLI identification and repair. Training splicer and splicer technicians on correct operation of equipment. Trouble shoot and repair HFC system problems. Perform quality control checks and documentation.
