Yes they do have socialist health care At the time I was there It work very good because I had to use it with my late wife a few times.
Normall wait time in E R was about 1 hr unless you was hi priority and everyone jumped.
Yes the wait time to see like a cancer Dr in the hospital depending how bad was up to 3 weeks then poss 5 weeks till full treatment. I have seen this faster a lot of times.
If you keep your loved one home and cared for them full time and not work yes you got social security for the disabled or elderly pluss momey for you. You also got free meds as needed and free or very low cost health care worlers visit if you needed.
If you call 999 (911} FOR A AMBULANCE NORMALLY ONE ARRIVES WITH 2 TRAINED PARAMEDICS or EMTs on board within 8 mins or in like London one on a bike till ambulance arrives no fire trucks like hear and then if lucky a ambulance within 30 mins sometimes more. Yes I have seen this hear to.
Okay the private care hospitals they are called BUPA sorry dont ask what it stands for. They are for like you said the richer people who can pay for it. I can only tell what I heard. They seam to have a bad name for screw ups but because private they dont seem to come under the same banner as the N H S do. Also been told they are also dirty in the O Rs where the N H S are cleaner this I cant prove only ear say.
Of the 2 the N H S even though has probs is the best. Yes they do have staff shortages but I have seen that hear. Yes they do make mistakes but like we no they are human and who hasnt.
The way Obama is trying to do it is wrong I wish I could put a better way to do this but I cant. He is forcing companies who have more emplpyees or less to pay for health care what figures are beeing said I dont no. All I can say after what Ive been reading the health care hear is going to be in deep shit and we as people are going to lose out.
The health care is paid for in the taxes and insurce taken out of the pay checks. Yes England may pay a little more in taxes but it goes to the health care. Im not saying the N H S is not abused by people it may well be like hear you have flue cant see Dr cause you have no money so you go to ER spend all day or nite to see Dr and cost you over 700$ for a shot and Drs fee. Yes it has good and bad points but I still say U K has the best idea for health carel
You asked about computer care? not sure what you mean with this. But if it is do they pick and chose care? I cant answer that one cause I dont no. Yes It may happen but Ive never seen it hear or in UK.
Also I have never seen anyone refused treatment in a ER or Drs office in the U K unless you are violent against them due to drugs or beer. Hear only last week I saw a mother with a baby who need to see a Dr refused because she owed 4 dollers yes 4 dollers and she didnt have it. Now that to me is puting money b4 care and it pissed me of. If that happened in UK That office would be investigated and Dr struck of hear that dont happen well never heard of it happen.Oh for info I paid the $4 for the baby to see dr amd yes I did make a seen for her. I hope what I have said makes sence if not ask will try to answer. It is 4 am and Im doing this LOL God bless us all we going to need it.
