You will be treated better and get better rates going direct. DO NOT USE A SUB. They hire direct so if you have any pay issues, there won't be a middleman to keep your money. They are trying to become a HSP. They claim to have over 300 techs. They need 500 so maybey they will make it. They get paid two weeks before they pay you which is total BS. Another Multiband a month out. Nobody should have to wait that long to get paid!
