You have to help yourself a little.

Have you spoken to  Tri Tek at all?  What state is the work and who are they doing the work for? Is Tri Tek a corporation? In what state? How long have they been in business?
Where is your project and what is the service being provided?

Remember that anyone can be a company. Somehow you need to discover enough to sue any company you work for. There is a chance someone on this site has some info. But you gotta get the ball rolling a little.
