The first thing that jumps out to me is the pay of $10-13/hr. I live in the Southwestern US where cost of living is relatively cheap. NE part of the US is fairly expensive to live in so I would think that these wages would be pretty close to poverty level if not below it. I don't know what the work is for though. Still, any skilled labor should fetch a higher price. I wonder if the company that posted this ad is based in a part of the US where cost of living is cheap and has a narrow world-view thus thinking that $10-13 is gainful employment out there.
