For dish just your typical 1mil 2 mil general liability.  I think thats pretty standard.  Directv is probably the same way.

Normally whatever the company requires is because that is typically what they require.  That way there is no way they can be held if you protect them.

Normally they will want to be an additonal insured.  I found out the hard way that you
may be charged an additonal 50 bucks a year for that or something to that effect.

You shouldn't need w/c or anything else unless you got employees.

Its also normal for them to check your credit and expect to put money down.
