nobody really knows. Thats why it is important to let people know. Just like locks on doors. If someone wants to get in they will. If you have locks, you will have more people pass on the idea. This concept is the same for voter fraud. The states that have close races will always have it. This is because there is no point of flooding a state like california with votes when you know it is already going democrat. I just hope to make it a little harder for it to do so.
My 1 vote will cancel out an obama voter and that's all I can really do. I would think it was funny if california went red. But that really is just dreaming.
