Beware of Alliance Utilities, Alliance Construction Group. Vince & Steve working in Virginia Beach. They will not pay you! They owe us $7,000 since November 2000. Alliance got paid by Maztec for the work in November and at least once a week since Nov. they have promised me a check. Now I am loosing my equipment. Please beware!!
