Question about obamas spending.

Planned Parenthood receives half a billion dollars of our tax money every year. This year Planned Parenthood has donated 12 million dollars to the democratic party, most going to the obama campaign. They also spent 1.8 million dollars lobbying Congress against Religious freedoms. My question is. If Planned Parenthood has so much extra money to spend, why does obama need us tax payers to fund their new free birth control plan?
