Thayer Power & Comm is Cleveland Ohio area based. Been around for some time. They have the fiber contract along with Mastec for Eastern Ohio for Chillicotte Telephone, part of the Obama rural fiber funds.
I was building for Cox in Cleveland when I first ran into them.....I know some of the crews as they use to work for me about 12 years ago.
