Bush went to congress asked that war be declared, it was voted on and passed with 39% of the House democrats and 42% of the democrats in the Senate voteing in favor of it.
Bush did not trun down multiple requests/pleas for more security forces because he did not want to admit Al Qaeda was not beaten.
As I said before there are only three reasons why Obama chose not to act.
1: Political, calling it terrorism would take away his claim that Al Qaeda was finished. 2: Complete and total ineptness on the administration.
3: Obama was not at all engaged and could not be reached or did not want to deal with it.
Obama said time and time again it was all bout the video, that it was not an organized attack. Now today it has come out that it was a two prong attack hitting 2 targets. The fight lasted 7 hours and the Obama administration had a live video feed directly into the CIA, State Department, and the White House.
Why did Obama go on for almost a month saying it was a riot over a video tape when he knew the truth? Why did he send members of his administration to go infront of the press and say the same thing?
Obama didn't care about the Americans he put in harms way in Libya. Them being killed is a political inconvenience for him.
