It's been a while back when I purchased it, but Pathtrack is already installed on your meter. You have to send JDSU (Acterna when I did it) your serial number and they will send you a code that unlocks it on the meter so you will have the full use and not just the DEMO.
Now JDSU may not do it that way but it was simple to do yourself. And when I purchased the "code" it was $600 and they sent a new download cable with the disk. In my opinion it's a sweet option for the mitigation of ingress as long as the head-end techs will cooperate in broadcasting the node your working in.
