Its funny how the show must go on so to speak .I tell customers that they can reschedule the install for a later time to insure that the cables will be available at time of install or I can install and activate all rooms but will only be able to view tv in the locations with hd or component .Even with that said I still put myself at risk for a service call chargeback since no onone seems to have a answer to exactly when the cables will come in and will get them to the customer by what means and compensation.Its all Bullshit
