Be very weary of taking work from a certain contracting firm located in Sudbury ....Their rules of engagement are not well stated and you will be subject to their own take on how the contracting relationship works. They do a hold back of 15% without specifying a cap or for that matter understanding the whole retainer principle.. Those inititiaves will be levied upon you in the middle of the game without prior notice!!! As for communication it is hostile at times.... seems the people at the top are easy enough to work with but the CFO has a warped drunken power induced uncaring outlook on subcontractors! He/She shows absoulutley zero respect for the hard work and quality product that is done on their behalf!
