Yes, yes he is. He has stated that he will NOT raise taxes on the wealthy, he states that's how to promote job growth, even though most don't even employ people, they are just wealthy. He will and has stated that he is raising taxes on the middle class, but then depending where he is campaigning he states he won't, lol. You guy's are funny!!
