Are DTV Installers dumb???

How is anyone making a living doing DTV Installs now a days. rates at $60/15??? 3 four room installs would be $305 a day?? 12 hours a day?? 6 days a week $1860? $25.00 an hour?? Minus fuel $200.00 a week? Insurance $35.00 a week? Material $60.00 a week?? Vehicle maintenance (or depreciation) $40 a week? Office expenses $10 a week? Taxes $275 a week? Cell phone (or smart phone) $25 a week?? that's being conservative...seems to add up to about  $1215 a week for 72 hours of work??? $17 an hour?? With no benefits??? Good thing I got out and got on with the piblic schools at $16 an hour and full benefits. The only time I will have to be out in the cold is when it snows. Yes, I love being a janitor.
