Your barking up the wrong tree.... DirecTv Corp. doesn't care. They pay someone to do the sale and install and after that they wash thier hands of it. Unless of course there is a need for service after the sale. Then they will hunt the selling or installation company like a terrorist to service the install, or charge the installation company back $100 for sending a truck out. DirecTV sucks.....I'm glad I got out of it.
