They do mostly Fiber work and Tower upgrades. If they said the scope of work changed then I would probably believe them. They are not one of those companies that lead you on.
Like I said, Mike Wallace is one of the owners and he is a stand up guy. If he said he was going to do something he would do it. Mike is a family guy and understands that everyone has bills to pay and a family to feed.
