There are 2 sets of towing eyes on that lasher. The top set of holes are for parallel pulling and normal operation. the bottom two are for situations requiring sideward and downward pulls. try that next time. If there's not 4 towing eyes on an apollo then someone has changed them out. That could also be the problem.
