Protel is the company to work for, they treat their well and they pay as agreed (unless you're a hack). We live in a highly competitive world and the cable community is small where almost everyone knows each other so it's funny that only a few people have neg. comments about us. The vast majority of our 450 employees have good things to say and are happy to be with us. As far as our drug policy, we try to get help for anyone willing. Some former employees refused and were in denial and thought it was cool getting others on the job high. That behavior is unacceptable.. It endangers innocent lives. There is only so much a company can do to help someone before we terminate employment. We went beyond the pale to help. As far as Mike goes, he is fair and willing to talk to every employee 24/7 no matter what their job title is. The bottom line is Protel is a good company, they pay and tread everyone with respect.Protel IS the company to work for.
