that is good info thank you, I called the texas labor board and they told me that because I was a contractor they couldn't help but the more I look into things I am not so sure that I was a contractor but maybe an employee.  Still doing some research on that end though.  They still have until the 10th of Oct to make good on a bad debt based on what I gave them for the opportunity to make it right.  I want to make sure that they have ample opportunity to make the payment before I take other actions.  Thanks again I will look into what you have here.
