DTV new c31 receiver

i have been getting literature on this,,  is " seems" to be wireless  but does not come right out and  say it,,,    has anyone got more info,,, it has to be coupled with the new hmc dvr  ,, is this wishfull thinging or am i on the right track thinking its going to be a wireless wi-fi set up?? anyone got more info   the bad side is   if true   they will just cut the pay  because of less material , time, etc.....
