With that level of micromanagement (control) over your actions you are an employee.
Start saving every expense recipt and counting every day mork hours. Employers pay you for that.
There is a pretty simple test for determining the status of contractors or employees. The IRS will be glad to share.
Examine and search "misclassification of employees." They have screwed thenselves.
