Tower Upgrades

Looking for info on how to get into doing tower upgrades.

Antenna
Fiber
Coax
Splicing
Microwave

We have all the EXPERIENCE for one, Certs needed to do the work on the towers themselves. The company does not build the Towers mainly upgrade work like on 911 communications centers and stuff.
The company wants to get into the Cellular side also.
Any info would be great.
