Performance Broadband Solutions

Anyone have any information on PBS (Performance Broadband Solutions) I just ran across an ad where they are hiring in Waco / Temple Texas.  They are advertising that they have the highest payout in the area, which does not say much these days with everyone paying so low who can find the line anymore.  Just looking for any information good bad or other to see if this is worth the time.
