True, for the first 2 years it was not a republican majority. BUT IT IS NOW DIPSHIT thats what I was talking about, wow, thats 2 times I have proven you wrong.
And to say that Congress was democratic majority for the full 2 years is also misleading, Congress was only in session about 9 months during those 2 years....so ponder on that a little.
