This is speaking without seeing the project and just trying to picture everything...
Why not run 2 seperate cables from the main to the other buildings, 12 or 24(for future) to one building and a 36 to the other. you would only have one tie in point in the main for all 3 cables and your term panels in each of the other buildings. Like I said thats just thinking off the top of my head, you will elliminate a splice point thus elliminating posible problems in the future. Keep in mind, Im not trying to step on your toes in any way. This is just my opinion and everyone has a different way of doing things. I do like Joes idea of doing both also. It all depends on preference and what the customer wants.

Either way you should be looking at $35 to $50 dollars a burn depending on where you are this should include testing.
