Multi Mode would be best in any aspect like this, however it will depend on how many fibers are going to be live and how many are going to be left dark. If possible I wouldnt put any extra splice points in the fiber than needed (less splices the better off). Also keep in mind that each fiber can be split up to 12 times.
The bottom line is the same, get light from point A to Point B you dont need prints for that but a matrix would deffinately be a plus.
