Democrats are not better than republicans and republicans are not better than democrats.
They both have stupid people in both parties. People who have gone to jail done stupid stuff.
The point is hanging a chair on a rope on a tree in your front yard is not illegal no matter how racist one might think it is. As far as I know we still have the first amendment and he does own the property, so what does someone wanna do about it?
Arest him for being an idiot? tresspass and cut it down? or leave it alone?
