I do not agree. Clinton never created a surplus it's just another lie. When Clinton left office the National debt was 5.656 Trillion and the Deficit was 130 Billion. Now go ahead show me where he ever created a surplus.
Bill Clinton commited treason by selling top secret missile technology to China for HIS financial gain and got away with it. That's why they call him "Slick Willy".
