Your information is misinformed, if your only listening to fox news ( which all 3 of your links above are based on info from fox news) then you are the one in 'la la land'.  Rumors, thats all I see, is rumors, no actual fact, no rights have been removed, you still have the same rights now, as you did 8 years ago.  Bush actually did more to remove rights than Obama has, let that swirl around your mind for a few minutes, Patriot act ring a bell?
