Re: Somehow I Just Knew

Already got the land and a small cabin, got a springhouse works great. Would like to get a backup well but the only way in is by walking, horse or ATV, maybe an old ARMY 1/4 ton. The trail is too narrow for most 4 wheel drives let alone a well drilling rig. 
Cleared enough land for a good sized garden been working on getting the stones picked out. That's a job all by it's self. After that's done I got to get a bigger generator up there and pick a good spot for a windmill for power and other things. Guess being raised on a farm is going to pay off even more...lol.
Bit of a pain I live in VA and the cabin is up in PA so I only get up there about once or twice a month.
Anyway if it comes down to it that's where my wife and I will hold up, The kids and grand kids can come up too but they'll have to help add another room or two.
