D Comm in Killeen

So recently I went to work for D comm in Kileen and after waiting the 3 weeks that they hold to get my first paycheck I finally got it a day late and more than a dollar short.  I was missing about $100 of my check and after talking to other techs there they are having the same thing happen weekly.  What is my course of action other than just to quit, I can't really afford a lawyer to sue them and since I have only been there 4 weeks now I don't think that I have racked up enough missing money to make court a valid option.  I did adress my concerns with the manager and made copies of all the work orders and gave as much detail as possible as to what was missing.  Any suggestions or has anyone else worked for D Comm in Killeen and had the same issues?
