Our new number have been given out to everyone that will need to contact us and the sub in Virginia will be paid after we receive docs from the prime. We cannot send out payment based on invoice or verification over the telephone. We need the proper forms from either the sub above us or the prime. Once we receive the proper paper work from the prime or the sub above us, We will have no problem sending the sub a check but we cannot send out a check without an invoice being backed by some sort of paper work. The sub have only given us an invoice with the amount of hours his company worked and the amount he think he should be paid but we have no paperwork to back his company invoice. The sub must understand that we need paperwork from the sub above us or the prime, we cannot accept his invoice and nothing else. Once we receive paperwork from the sub above us or the prime. We will send MC Communications a check for the amount owed.
