Gotta know who your workin for, not the sub of a sub of a sub. Could the pay be better . . of course, it can always be better!! The economy has people with a college degree working for $10.hr, its an employers market right now and top paying jobs are hard to find. Basicaly the employer can name the price.  Sometimes they get good help, from people fighting to feed thier family, but most of the time they get what they pay for, which in reallity is no pay at all!! Once your "old school", the calls from the paying primes come to you...it's always wise to check out all the options, but reputation in this business goes along way. Theres always cracks, that get slipped thru, and make it bad for the reputable, but it is what it is!!
