I have woked DTV and had a bad experience with it.  I was promised all these installs but in reality all I got were upgrades paying $35 flat rate, didn't matter how many boxes on the account same pay.  Also it may just be me but I find cable phone and internet easier, and quicker to get through an install than climbing on the roof to mount a dish and then you get a charge backs because you forgot to put in the self tapper screw or run a phone line to the receiver.  Just not a fan of the whole dish thing in general, I know some people make good money there but I didn't and promised never to go back to it.
