I will tell you why it took so long. Marco Rubio found it in the tax code a few years ago. Since trying to lower a tax during a Democratic majority is like trying to get candy from a baby. He had to wait for an Olympic year to bring it to light and get the public behind him. Now the Dems have to vote for it or look like the douches they really are.
God is great, beer is good, and people are crazy.
