I've been doing the same thing for a couple of years now. Accept I put into a green smoothie. I take spinach, apple or pear, banana, frozen fruit of some kind water and apple cider vinegar, put it all in a blender until it blended. I had my doubts at first but your right it does work. The smoothie thing is my wifes idea, she's a bit of a health food freek. Has me drinking one every morning, wih all the fruit their not bad, can also use kale or swiss chard.
